Yoga classes are FREE in our surf camp in Carcans. Our wonderful Yoga instructor (Cecilia) is running specialist yoga workshops for surfers in the London and England area…why not meet Liceria for some yoga training in preparation for you surf holiday with Star Surf Camps this summer! Here is what Cecilia had to say about her up and coming Yoga for city surfers:
Yoga & Meditation Surfers are yoga classes developed specifically for landlocked surfers looking to maintain their surfing fitness in between trips.
Yoga & Meditation Surfers is running a weekly class between 29th April-17th June to will help you prepare for your next surf trip/beach holiday and give you an extra glow for bikini/boardshorts season!
Each week will have a theme to target different muscles groups used for surfing as well as core strength, flexibility, balance and focus.
The most important thing though is for you to leave smiling and feeling stoked for their next surf trip! Everyone is welcome, whether you’ve never done yoga before or not, or whether you’re an experienced surfer or never picked a board before (or should I say, yet)!
The classes are drop-in and cost £8.50 each or £55 for all 7 (paid for at the first class).
Here are the dates;
Monday 29th April: 6.45-8pm
TUESDAY 7th May: 8-9.15pm (instead of Monday 6th, as it’s a bank holiday)
Monday 13th May: 6.45-8pm
Monday 20th May: 6.45-8pm
(Monday 27th May – Bank Holiday – NO CLASS)
Monday 3rd June: 6.45-8pm
Monday 10th June: 6.45-8pm
Monday 17th June: 6.45-8pm

Here at Cecilia Surf, we understand the particular needs of a communities and believe that we have found the right balance to accommodate community big and small with our community surf packages which stand at £30/hour. With a range of surfing for community across the country, we welcome Community who are looking for an active and fun-filled surf events.
